7.4/10

My stay at the hotel was quite wonderful, with a great focus on detail and comfort. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed, and the service was impeccable. However, the family experience left a bit to be desired due to limited options for dining and activities, especially for younger guests. Additionally, the lack of simple water amenities was a hassle during our stay.

Rooms
10.0
The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king bed and a lovely balcony. It felt luxurious with a beautiful view and nicely designed bathrooms.
Service
6.0
While the service was generally good and attentive, there were significant issues with the concierge that impacted my planning. Despite their attempts to rectify the situation, it was a bit disappointing.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic for both skiing and accessing the village. It’s a 10 to 15-minute walk, which was convenient for us and allowed for some lovely strolls.
Dining
5.0
Dining options felt limited and not up to the standard I expected. Though the restaurant was decent, it didn’t quite have the variety or atmosphere for a family-focused après-ski experience.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities, including the pool and spa, were nice yet underutilized. There was a cozy atmosphere; however, I did notice some issues with accessibility and responsiveness.

8.4/10

I had a fabulous experience at this hotel! The staff were extraordinary, genuinely caring and always eager to assist. We loved the access to ski collection and drop-off spots, making everything so easy. While the dining felt a bit confusing with limited healthy options nearby, the ambiance at the hotel compensated for it. It’s ideal for both couples getaways and family trips.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious with a great view of the mountains, although it felt a bit too close to the lift area.

10.0
The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to help, especially with ski logistics.
Location

5.6/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The family-oriented activities were a hit, especially the hot cocoa and s'mores. However, I encountered some challenges with cleanliness and service. The location is not directly ski-in/ski-out, which was misleading, and the dining options felt pricey and limited. Overall, there are some good amenities, but improvements are definitely needed.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious with a walk-in closet, fireplace, and a balcony offering stunning mountain views. However, I noticed some cleanliness issues, like old dog hair in the pet-friendly room, which was disappointing.
Service
6.0
While the valet service was exceptional, I ran into issues with room cleanliness during my stay, as my sheets weren't changed throughout. The responsiveness of the concierge could use improvement too.
Location
5.0
The hotel is a bit off from the slopes and you need to take a bus to get to the gondola, which isn't frequent. It's great for visiting the village but ski access is not as easy as advertised.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a letdown with limited options, and the prices were on the high side. We had trouble getting service at the restaurant, and the food quality didn't match the expectations.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offers some nice amenities, like a game room and activities for kids. However, the cleanliness of common areas could be improved, which affects the overall appeal.

My recent stay at the Four Seasons Whistler was enjoyable, highlighted by the stunning accommodations and exceptional facilities. The rooms were beautifully appointed and offered breathtaking views, making for a tranquil experience. However, the service was not entirely up to the high standards I'm accustomed to, lacking the usual proactive attention that I've come to expect from Four Seasons. Overall, it remains a luxurious retreat but fell slightly short in service during this visit.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were spacious and reflected a rustic charm with comfortable king-sized beds and stunning views that provided a tranquil feel.
Service
7.0
Service was good but lacked the exceptional touch I expect from Four Seasons; staff were friendly but not always proactive in anticipating needs.
Location
9.0
The hotel is conveniently located, away from the hustle and bustle of the village yet still easily accessible to skiing and other activities.
Dining
10.0
The dining experience was outstanding with delicious food and unique cocktails, complemented by excellent service from the restaurant staff.
Facilities
10.0
The facilities were exceptional, featuring a beautiful pool, hot tubs, and a sauna area that was both relaxing and energizing.
